Once we have made contact with you and completed the administrative formalities, including signing a quotation and paying an initial administrative invoice, you will receive, depending on the certification concerned: your certification rules, an invitation to a half-day training session and proof of registration.

Depending on the certification you are aiming for, you can take part in a half-day training session on the certification rules in order to benefit from a complete presentation of the certification rules. Following this training, or once you've received the certification rules, you can work on bringing your software into compliance by integrating our certification rules.

Once the certification rules have been integrated into your software, we can schedule your certification audit to assess your software's compliance.

Following your audit, you will receive a report listing any non-conformities between your software and our certification rules. Depending on the nature of the discrepancies, a further audit may be considered, or a certification decision may be taken.

Annual monitoring is carried out to ensure that software compliance has not deteriorated over the past year, and to validate compliance with potential changes in certification and/or regulatory rules.

The duration of the process is linked to the time it will take you to bring your software into compliance with the specifications. This time can vary from 1 to several months, and a certificate of effective progress can be sent to you while your product is being brought into compliance.
The certification audit generally lasts two days.
